ターボ機械の研究開発
Advanced Design Technologyは、ターボ機械の流体力学における重要で一般的な様々な課題を解決するため、コンソーシアムプロジェクトを発足するなど、主要なターボ機械産業および公的研究機関との共同研究開発プロジェクトを積極的に推進しています。
産業コンソーシアム
TURBOdesign2の開発に関する産業コンソーシアム
このコンソーシアムは、主に遷音速ファンなどの高速ターボ機械向けに開発された3次元遷音速粘性逆解法設計ツールであるTURBOdesign2を開発するために2001年4月に設立されました 。
このプロジェクトを後援いただいた企業は、イタリアのAVIOグループ、荏原製作所、川崎重工業、Rolls-Royce Aeroengines、東芝、トヨタ自動車でした。
後援いただいた企業からは、コードのグラフィックインタフェース設計に対する積極的な意見と、コードの開発・検証のためのテストケースをご提供いただきました。このコードのベータ版は2003年3月にリリースされました。
